Auschovies are anchovy-style sardine
fillets which are lightly salted then cured to create a unique aroma and
irresistible flavour. Each fillet is firm, full of colour and
packed with olive oil. They can be added to dishes to enhance the
flavour, eliminate the need for salt, served with pate as an hors d
oeuvres or even just placed on top of a wedge crusty bread.
